Construction Project Management

Our experience in construction and project management comes from our time spent on multi-phase residential developments. Our team hold a number of construction related qualifications, which include but are not limited to CITB-H&S Awareness, CITB-SMSTS, First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ), Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Supervision, Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management and as a result our team holds CSCS-Black Cards

New Builds & Extensions

We cover all aspects of building work including site surveying, working alongside architects, planning departments, and building control, together with full construction management.
No build project is too small or too large – we give every project our undivided attention whatever its size

Landscaping & Fencing

We have expertise in all manner of landscaping. We have often included new landscaping alongside a building project which can enhance the relationship between a new build and its external surroundings. Other external works undertaken include surface water drainage, groundwork and external walls. We will work with council specifications where and when required.

Kitchens & Bathrooms

Our services are not just limited to building works. We are experienced in project managing kitchen and bathroom refits or new fits, and we can supply the units or bathroom fittings.

Renovations & Refurbishments

To help you breathe new life into your tired or unworkable interiors, we take time to explore and understand the individual nature of a restoration or refurbishment project. We can advise and guide you with your choices, ensuring changes are sympathetic to the style of the original building, whether we source reclaimed materials or new stock.
